Rupert Murdoch has reportedly married for the fifth time, marrying Elena Zhukova at his California vineyard.
The wedding took place at the 93-year-old media mogul Moraga’s mansion on June 1, according to US and UK media reports.
Guests included New England Patriots owner Robert Kraft and his wife Dana Bloomberg, as well as News Corp CEO Robert Thompson.

The wedding comes just months after Murdoch stepped down as chairman of Fox and News Corp, ending a more than seven-decade career at the helm of a growing media empire.
Zhukova, 67, who emigrated from Moscow to the United States in 1991, is a retired molecular biologist. The two began dating last northern summer and met through Murdoch’s third wife, Wendy Deng, according to a report in the Daily Mail.
Murdoch’s last marriage to actress and model Jeri Hall ended in divorce in 2022 after six years.
Last year, he was briefly engaged to former San Francisco police chaplain Anne Leslie Smith, but the couple called off the engagement weeks later.
Vanity Fair reported the split, citing a source who said Murdoch was uncomfortable with Smith’s outspoken evangelical views.
Murdoch married for the first time in 1956, aged 25, to Patricia Booker. He then married Anna Maria Torv in 1967, Deng in 1999 and Hall in 2016.
Moraga is the same place where Murdoch and Walt Disney CEO Bob Iger first discussed Disney’s acquisition of 21st Century Fox, a US$71 billion deal that closed in 2019.
