A driver died at the scene of a crash in a fence at Whyalla Stuart, 385km north-west of Adelaide.
A Hyundai sedan crashed into a fence in Shard Cr at around 12pm on Monday and emergency services attended the scene.
“The sole occupant of the car, an 84-year-old local resident, sadly died at the scene.” South Australia The police said.
Major crash investigators will be dispatched from Adelaide to determine what caused the crash.

The man’s death is the 40th on South Australia’s roads this year.
